My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but the size was a bit cramped for my liking. The service was generally friendly and helpful at the front desk, but there were some issues with slow service in the dining area. The location, while safe and near local attractions, was a bit out of the main city area. The dining options were pricey and not the best value for money. Despite these drawbacks, the facilities were satisfactory with some nice touches.

The suite I stayed in was very clean and comfortable, but a bit small for my liking. I could be in the bedroom drying my hair in the bathroom.

The staff, especially at the front desk, were always very kind and helpful, although the service in the restaurant was a bit slow. Credit to the young lady managing many tables single-handedly.

I found the hotel to be a great choice – the rooms were clean, calm and spacious with a nice and clean bathroom. The service was lovely, friendly, and professional, making me feel welcomed. The location is truly hard to beat, especially for those seeking peace after a busy day in Prague. Although the dining options were fair to poor, the hotel's restaurant atmosphere was enjoyable. Overall, a tranquil spot with excellent service.

The rooms were nice, clean, and comfy, although a bit compact. They could benefit from some updates like new carpeting and refreshed walls. The slant in the roof made it a bit challenging to stand up on one side of the bed.

The hotel is situated in the heart of Prague, just steps away from Prague Castle. The rooms are modern, spacious, and comfortable, although there was only one set of toiletries for two guests. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist with various needs, including organizing tours and providing local recommendations. The location offers a picturesque setting atop a steep hill, ideal for those who enjoy a bit of a workout but might be challenging for some to access. The dining options were good but slightly on the pricey side, suggesting exploring nearby cafes for more budget-friendly meals. Overall, a recommended stay for its convenient location and friendly service.

Overall, a tranquil stay surrounded by historical sites.
